Beginner classes consist of basic techniques, pole-stretching, strength exercises, and spins from the floor. You will learn body and pole integration, eventually leading to basic pole movements and combining movement sequences.
SPECIAL NEW STUDENT PRICING:
The Beginner class typically consists of 4 lessons. Students are free to move on to intermediate classes upon approval from instructor. Should you wish to remain in the Beginner class to build strength and confidence, you may continue Beginner classes at $40 per lesson until you're ready to advance.
Please note, that once a class is paid for it does NOT expire and is valid until used.
