WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
Please wear shorts and tank tops. Do not wear lotion or jewelry. No shoes are required as the floor is padded.

HOW LONG ARE CLASSES?
Classes typically run 1 hour and 15 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.

DO I NEED TO BE PHYSICALLY FIT?
Those of any size, shape, and fitness level are welcome.

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
We require that all students be at least 18 years of age.

WHEN ARE BEGINNER CLASSES?
Beginner classes are offered several times a week. Please refer to our current schedule HERE.

ARE THE CLASSES A SERIES OR CAN I START ANYTIME?
The classes are not a series. You are welcome to join our studio anytime!
